justsummer, do you think you will need to borrow the cartop carrier I have? I imagine not since you are intending to be in RV this year, but just checking because I want to put it out there to loan if not. I am trying to think of something useful *I* could share.. It looks like this, my sisters.. http://www.amazon.com/Sherpak-Go-15-Car ... B0024ALBJ8If you are in the NYC area and are driving with a bunch of womyn this might be useful. It's rain proof, and it packs up pretty small when not in use because its softsided. Let me know..

H-Actually no, the Element doesn't have roof racks. :( I'm also greatly reducing the volume of items I'm bringing (besides the gear I'm loaning). Oh, and we bought a soft roof top carrier ourselves. I may loan that to friends here locally if I can convince them to go.

Bumping this up since we are getting closer to time for fest... only 93 more days... YEAH!!!
This thread has wonderful offers of loaning and borrowing gear for us gals. I am a worrier though, and as such, am hoping that my plan has not been forgotten.
dawniefaye, you still up for bringing me a solid stage chair to night stage traffic? Please be sure to have your name on it so it finds its way back to you on sunday. I will drop it by after church if i have time off to go, if not, will drop it by there Saturday nite.
I suggest we all chime in to verify. We can all have lapses of memory. Bb

dawniefaye - I borrowed one of your chairs last year - although it was supposed to be for Artmeis she graciously allowed me to use it. May I do so again this year? E

I would love to rent or borrow a chair for the week. Red eye from San Francisco on Sunday night. Crazy making but all good fun.

Well, I actually don't need more chairs - a result of 26 festivals and being a pack rat means I have 1 stage chair for Bb, OrangeBear, ejb, and panda. See! I always knew there would be a time I was glad i kept them ;) Who wants the backpack chair - guaranteed to be made fun of by Elvira at night stage!

Hey Dawniefaye -
I sound so ungrateful...lol - thank you for ANY chair! The one I had last year was pretty nondescript..beige canvas seat maybe wood frame? Nice strap for carrying? I loved it but seriously ANYTHING would be amazing clearly. I have no idea how I'm getting there yet so trying to minimize my load. What I wouldn't give for a whole set up - tent, chair, tarp, etc... wishing thinking.
i'm getting ridiculously excited. 78 days and it feels like a lifetime away. DF hopefully we will meet this year in person.

Oh, no! I don't think I do have a chair that rocks, but now I want one for the campsite :)
EJB - you don't sound ungrateful -- why do you think I have so many chairs in the first place. I'm like Goldilocks -- this chair is too scratchy, this chair is too heavy, this chair is too ugly. And, 26 years later, THIS chair is JUST right :) I do think I know which one you're referring to, so I'll put your name on it.
OOOOH, only 78 more days, sistahs!
