How to Request a Reduced Rate Application?

Hello my sisters! :D

Due to some major changes in my life, I unfortunately need to request a reduced rate application for a ticket. I really really agonized about my right to do this for a long time, but especially as I help an older womon get to Fest, I've decided to bite the bullet and proceed.

However, I don't see a link to any sort of Reduced Rate Application form on the website. Do I just mail the Fest office a letter and explain the circumstances? Is there a link to a form I haven't seen?

Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Hi there my sister Snow~

Yep...just write the office requesting a reduced rate need to explain the circumstances in the letter. Fill it out and retun it by the due date
(which is usually in the beginning of June ... it's on your flyer if you have one)...if you don't request one of those in the letter too.

If you can, include a stamped self-addressed return envelope, as this helps with the overall fest budget.

Box 22
Walhalla, MI 49458

( glad your namesake is disappearing and the land is slowly starting to awake here in MiChigaN!)

fest address works year round....just takes a bit longer in the "off season" which is September thru May.

Thanks for such quick replies Drum Mama Sue and Tropidyke :)

I will get a letter and a SASE prepared to send on Monday! It's also good to know that I can at least help a little with the overall Fest budget, even in these circumstances. I do have a flyer, it's on my altar right now, symbolizing my determination to get to the Land.

The weather here in this part of Iowa is FINALLY starting to get springlike- today I went outside and sat on the grass and though of Night Stage Field at night, because I still had to wear a sweatshirt and warm hat... but thanks be to the Goddess, the last of the snow melted about 2 weeks ago.

I hope the rest of the snow melts soon- although I would really love to see the Land in winter, somehow.....
