Regardless of my relative absence these last few months, I always have Fest on the brain..
News is starting to trickle in on who will grace her stages this year at Michfest 2013!! Melissa Ferrick's website is reporting her appearance on Thursday night. Also, Big Bad Gina posted on the Fest Facebook page they are also playing.. Who else, who else??? |

I'm excited to see Big Bad Gina again. I saw them at a small venue in Des Moines and they were awesome!

Someone mentioned on Facebook that Melissa ferrick said at a show that she'll be playing. I hope so because seeing Drive performed live is enough to get me to night stage!

Hanifah Walidah!! Yay! I have missed her the last couple of years.. Good to see her back.
I hope Gina Breedlove, or SOMEbody, brings the extremely talented and incomparable Shelley Doti to supply the riffs on lead. I could watch that woman play all day and night.. Do we guess whether Elvira will be there? She doesn't have a set.. |
