Does anyone remember the woman from around 1985? 1986? 1987? who had a sort of a recovery song and part of the lyrics were I DESERVE IT and it listed every good thing that we all deserve? I think she might have been from Minneapolis.

Oh, it's so fun that you ask this question -- I still sing this song -- I love it! I love the rhythm and the energy of the song -- although I no longer remember the original words, since I've changed them over the years. Unfortunately, I don't remember who sings it. But thanks for reminding me of when I first heard this song!
