in your dreams ... that's so funny because whenever I picture you, I see you in that lovely black slip!
I love to wear my sarongs for fest and rarely wear them at home with the occasional exception of wearing one to walk down the hall and do laundry.
Same with my feather boas!

| Sarongs! Where else can you wear a sarong? That's how I always picture you, RL. I forget that's probably not what you wear in the "real" world! I WISH I could wear my slips everywhere. When I wear bra tops, I'm always conscious of how much cleavage I can get away with, most men being how they are. Then I grumble to myself, "if this were FEST, nobody would care, grrr..."

ahhhh sarongs.
i use mine everyday.
seriously, wear them as scarves around my neck, then as get chilled, uncurl them to become shawls.
they are perfect for airplane travel: keep warm, use as blanket, can be made into neck or lower back pillow, even can put goods in them and carry over your shoulder if too heavy.
i always have one on me or in vehicle.

| I have this long purple velvet cape I bought on Portobello Road. I get lots of "nice cape!" when I wear it at Fest, which is pretty much the only place I ever wear it. And I bought a pair of fairy wings to bring with me this year (you know, "women with wings") but I ended up not taking them. Silly me!

Black hat, simple stretchy black gloves, heavy black boots, black sweatshirt.
These are things I only wear at fest. I wear black clothing all the time for backstage work, but I'm usually indoors. Night stage= dressing in layers.

My purple and yellow (supposed to be gold) Rosewood little league cheerleader dress that my Mom sewed for me when I was like 8. I can still fit into it but the bottom of the skirt only goes down to the middle of my butt. But I can still rock that yellow R.
WooHoo yeah for festie costumes!!
Peace

| Tall black sexy boots . . . heals . . . short skirts . . . fishnet hose with a back seam . . .These past couple of years I've been trying to allow my Fest sexiness out more in the real world, but it doesn't always feel safe or comfortable. Love being admired on the Land and enjoying other women in all their glorious outfits!
