Think about it. Boston Rob is the first playah evah to light a fiyah without a match, a flint, or even a payah of glasses. He did it with two pieces of bamboo and some wood tindah! I'm still trying to reproduce that at my house without any luck! F'n A!
Boston Rob won over Ambuh's haht and she won ovah his haht, way before they were the finalists for a million dollahs just by being outstanding Survivahs. Rob didn't know whether he was the winnah or Ambuh was... but he proposed anyway because he absolutely luved huh. And Ambuh said yes, not knowing which of them had the million dollahs... Say what you want... that's kinda romantic and it makes them both tahgets and wicked pissahs in my neck of the woods. Go Boston Rob!

I was hoping they'd vote James out, but it made sense to me that Tom would go. He's a strong likable player, and he's already won a million dollars. JT would have been committing survivor suicide if he didn't keep his alliance with Rupert et. al. I think it was a smart move on his part.

I was just very surprised that the group decided to vote for Tom. James was injured and may not get any better. If it came down to it I would rather go to the final 2 with Tom than James....

I wish they would have voted James out, he is getting annoying. I am also not a fan of Rupert this season, he can go too.
I am ready for the Russell/Boston Rob show down. Yes, Russell has the idol. Now to catch him off guard, do you think they can?

tori: I totally agree. I think almost all of the players are threatening in their own way, but from a purely strategic standpoint at this point (in my opinion) it doesn't make sense to keep someone who is injured over someone who is not. When it becomes more about individual challenges you need your alliances but at this point it is still very much a team-oriented game (though obviously, alliances come into play) and you need numbers and strength so your team can win challenges...
Alta: I also agree on Rupert! I'm just not loving him this time around!!

Totally agree. Tyson was a major idiot, and how perfect was it that his screw up hurt him more than anyone else?! I can't stand Russell, but he made his move brilliantly. Parvahti owes him big time. I still have faith that Boston Rob will take Russell out. I have to tip my baseball cap to Candace. I didn't think she had it in her, but she rocked that challenge to gain immunity.
Did anyone else wonder why Villains left behind even a crumb of food? I turned to my partner and said, I'd be stuffing those leftovers anywhere else I could. Leave no hot dog or bun behind. Maybe they are eating better than it looks.

TOTALLY agree with everything you two said. I think that was one of the best episodes I've ever seen. I do enjoy the battle between Rob and Russell--they are both truly great players. Irritating though Russell may be, I have to admire his gritty perseverance, you know??
Who knew Candace could actually PLAY!?

Wow, what a game! It was crazy, I cannot beleive Russell got Tyson to get himself kicked off. That had to have been one of the boldest moves ever played in Survivor history. I really dislike russell but wow, I might have a little respect for him.

Damn, what a tragic turn of events in the Boston Rob v Russel the Troll showdown! "Coach" was such a tool. I honestly don't know why, even with all the evidence to the contrary, I wanted to believe he took his own schtick seriously. That is to say, I hoped Coach held the concept of "honor" in the highest regard and wouldn't break his alliance with Boston Rob. BR was right, Coach certainly is a "little man". How the Villains could ignore the plain and simple fact that it was Rob who carried them the entire way to dominance over the Heroes is beyond me. I also think Jeff was right, this could be the beginning of the end for the villains. Ah well, Boston Rob still rocks in my neck of the woods, and I don't care if my membership in lesbian nation is in jeopardy for saying so.
Having said all that, how freaking amazing were the Heroes without James busting their chops and bringing them down and eating way more than his share? Candace kicked ass, Colby got his edge back, and they may have something going again. This game never gets boring to me.

I agree GDD, Russ is awful. I hope he does not win this season. I heart Rob. A real stand up person.
I love this show.
